In section 122 (orders and regulations made by OFCOM)—

(a)

omit subsections (2) and (3);

(b)

after subsection (7) insert the following —

“(8)

Any statutory instrument made by OFCOM pursuant to this Act shall not have effect in Jersey until it is registered in the Royal Court of Jersey and where any such statutory instrument is so registered, it shall have effect on the day following the day of such registration or on the day specified in the instrument for its coming into force, whichever is the later.”.
