(a)

in Part 1, omit all the items and entries except those in respect of—

  • Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949;

  • Marine etc. Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967;

  • Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967;

  • Telecommunications Act 1984;

  • Broadcasting Act 1990; and

  • Communications Act 2003;

(b)

Omit Part 2.
