In regulation 2 of the principal Regulations,

(a)

the words“or which relates to the frequencies appearing in the second column of Part I of the Schedule whose use is permitted by such licence,” shall be deleted; and

(b)

for the word“third” in paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the word“second”; and

(c)

for the word“fourth” in paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the word“third”; and

(d)

paragraph (c) shall be deleted.
