The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Regulations) 1995f1 are hereby amended as follows:

(a)

for the table in Schedule 3, there shall be substituted the table set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations; and

(b)

for the provisions in Schedule 4 relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Radio”, there shall be substituted the provisions relating to the category headed “Public Mobile Communications” set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
