omit sub-paragraph (j);

for sub-paragraph (k) substitute the following sub-paragraph—

“(j)

in the case of an application in respect of a mobile station, an indication of whether or not the station is to be established on board—

(i)

an aircraft; or

(ii)

a ship; and”; and

renumber sub-paragraph (l) as (k).
