Regulation 9 Directions by OFCOM

If OFCOM consent to a transfer they may also direct that a transfer shall only be put into effect in accordance with regulation 7(5) after compliance with conditions which may relate to any matter mentioned in any of the paragraphs of regulation 8.

A transfer may not be put into effect in accordance with regulation 7(5) until after compliance with the conditions set out in any such direction.
