Regulation 17 Amendment of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998

There shall be added to regulation 6(5) of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 M1 the following sub-paragraph—

“(f)

work equipment to which regulation 12 of the Work at Height Regulations 2005 applies”.
