In regulation 25 (young workers in the armed forces) –
(a)
after “Regulations” in paragraph (2) there shall be inserted “5A, 6A,” and
(b)
in paragraph (3) for “a period which would otherwise be a rest period,” there shall be substituted “the restricted period, or is not permitted the minimum rest period provided for in regulation 10(2) or 11(3),”.
