Paragraph 11 Construction hoursI1

Construction work for the authorised development must not take place outside the hours of—

Sub-paragraph (1) does not prevent construction works being carried out on any Sunday or outside the hours set out in sub-paragraph (1) with the prior written approval of the relevant planning authority.

Nothing in sub-paragraph (1) precludes a start-up period from 06:30 to 07:00 and a shut-down period from 19:00 to 19:30 on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and a start-up period from 06:30 to 07:00 and a shut-down period from 13:00 to 13:30 on Saturdays and public holidays.
