Paragraph 74 ArbitrationI1

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and the solar operator under this Part of this Schedule shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the solar operator, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 38 (arbitration).
