Paragraph 3 Construction of the quayI1
England and Wales
The undertaker is permitted to construct the quay (Work No. 2) within the quay limits (as described in Schedule 6 (quay limits)) according to the following specification—
(a)
the quay length must be no more than 486 metres;
(b)
the quay width must be no more than 87 metres; and
(c)
the deck level of the structure must be no more than +5.6 metres Ordnance Datum.
