Paragraph 49 Progress of licensed activitiesI1

England and Wales

The undertaker must keep the MMO informed of progress of the licensed activities including—

(a)

notice of commencement of construction of the licensed activities within 24 hours of commencement having occurred;

(b)

notice within 24 hours of any aids to navigation being established by the undertaker; and

(c)

notice within 5 working days of completion of construction of each phase of the licensed activities.
