Paragraph 1 Benefit of protective provisionsI1

The following provisions of this Schedule have effect for the benefit of any owner of the protected land and any owner or operator of a pipeline within the pipeline corridor, unless otherwise agreed between the undertaker and the said owner or operator.

The provisions contained in paragraph 25 do not apply to the interests of Northumbrian Water Limited unless otherwise agreed between the undertaker and Northumbrian Water Limited.
