Paragraph 23 Access for construction and maintenanceI1

No works affecting access rights over the access roads are to commence until 30 days after a copy of the approved construction access plan is served on the owners of the protected land and operators of pipelines.

Where an owner of the protected land or an operator of a pipeline refers the construction access plan to an expert for determination under paragraph 34, no works affecting access rights over the access roads may commence until that determination has been provided.

In carrying out construction or maintenance works the undertaker must at all times comply with the construction access plan.
