For “board of visitors” substitute “independent monitoring board” in—

(a)

each place where it occurs in rules 8(1), 10(5), 29(2), 52(3) and (5)^f1, 77(2), 78, 79(1), (2) and (4), 80(1), 81(1), 82(1), 83(1) and 84(1);

(b)

the title to Part 5.
