The National Assembly for Wales, being designated^f1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972^f2 in relation to measures relating to the keeping of wild animals in zoos, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the said section 2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
