The undertaker must pay to PoTLL its proper and reasonable legal costs, professional fees and disbursements incurred in connection with—

(a)

reviewing any information provided by the undertaker in seeking any consent or approval required by this Part of this Schedule; or

(b)

inspecting during construction or on practical completion of any specified work or protective work.
