Paragraph 158 Defects in local highways constructed by the undertakerI1

Until such time as a final certificate has been issued in respect of any works, the undertaker must make good any defects in the works constructed by the undertaker to the reasonable satisfaction of the relevant local highway authority.

The undertaker must submit to the relevant local highway authority such details and information relating to making good any defects under sub-paragraph (1) as the relevant local highway authority and the undertaker agree is reasonable in the circumstances.
