Paragraph 19 Licensable marine activity at Coalhouse PointI1

(1)
The licensable marine activities referred to at paragraph 5(1)(c) must not commence until a detailed design plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the MMO. The detailed design plan must include—
(a)
the specifications and dimensions of the water inlet;
(b)
the proposed location, including grid co-ordinates;
(c)
a construction programme including details of—
(i)
the proposed construction commencement date; and
(ii)
proposed timings for mobilisation of plant, delivery of materials and construction; and
(d)
a construction method statement in accordance with the construction methods assessed in the environmental statement.
