Paragraph 62 ArbitrationI1

Save for differences or disputes arising under F1paragraph 54(2) (removal of apparatus) and (4) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 51 (arbitration).
