Sections 25 and 26 of the River Humber Conservancy Act 1852^f1, section 9 (licences for execution of works) of the Humber Conservancy Act 1899^f2 and section 6(2) (no erections in Humber below river lines or without licence above river lines) of the Humber Conservancy Act 1905^f3 do not apply to the authorised development.

The requirement to obtain consent under section 23(1) of the Land Drainage Act 1991^f4 does not apply to the authorised development.
