Article 48 Arrangements with Her Majesty’s Revenue and CustomsI1

The undertaker and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs may enter into any such agreement or arrangement as they think fit to provide for, or to facilitate, the assessment, collection or recovery of charges, including an agreement or arrangement as to the provision and maintenance of accommodation at the harbour.
