(a)

section 16B(2) of the M2Children and Young Persons Act 1969,

(b)

section 35(5) and (8) of the M3Crime (Sentences) Act 1997, and

(c)

paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 5 to the M4Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
