Article 43 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 8–

(a)

in paragraphs 4 and 5, for the words “actual custody” there shall be substituted, in each place, the word “home”;

(b)

for the word “Registrar” there shall be substituted, in each place, the words “District Judge”; and

(c)

the words “the Principal Registry of” shall be omitted.
