Article 44 Amendments to the Adoption Rules 1984

In Form 9–

(a)

for the words “In the Matter of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “In the Matter of the Adoption Act 1976”; and

(b)

for the words “section 6(1) or (2) of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “section 52(1) or 53(1) of the Adoption Act 1976”;

(c)

in the notes, for the words “section 6(1) or (2) of the Adoption Act 1968” there shall be substituted the words “section 53 of the Act”.
