Regulation 34 Annulment of a Convention adoption order or a Convention adoptionI1

Where a Convention adoption order or a Convention adoption is annulled under section 89(1) of the Act and the relevant Central Authority receives a copy of the order from the court, it must forward a copy of that order to the CA of the State of origin.
