1974 c.37. Section 15(1) was substituted by the Employment Protection Act 1975 (c.71), section 116 and Schedule 15, paragraph 6 and amended by SI 2002/794, article 5(2) and Schedule 2. Section 82(3)(b) was amended by the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (c.20), section 105(3)(a).
