Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 1st October 2011.

(2)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland only, save as provided for in Schedule 1 (provisions extending to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland).
