Paragraph 16 Equipment of non-Part-21 aircraftF1
A non-Part-21 aircraft which, immediately before the commencement of this Order, was fitted with equipment in conformity with article 37 of the Air Navigation Order 2009 is deemed to meet the requirements of article 77 of this Order.
