Paragraph 7 Amendment of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014

In paragraph 9(4)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 M1, for “article 6 (aircraft to be registered) of the Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ article 27 (application for the registration of an aircraft) of the Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
