Paragraph 9 Amendment of the Rules of the Air Regulations 2015
In the Rules of the Air Regulations 2015 M1—
(a)
in rule 1(3) in Schedule 1, for “article 258 of the Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ article 5 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 ”; and
(b)
in rule 2 in Schedule 1, for “articles 160(3) and 252(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ articles 249(3) and 22(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
