Article 178 Prohibition of use of psychoactive substancesF1
No person may board an aircraft whilst under the influence of any psychoactive substance which renders that person a risk to the safety of any other person on board.
No person on board an aircraft may be under the influence of any psychoactive substance which renders that person a risk to the safety of any other person on board.
Without prejudice to paragraphs (1) and (2), no person may act as crew of an aircraft whilst under the influence of any psychoactive substance, or any medication, which renders that person unable to safely perform that person’s duties or makes that person a risk to the safety of any other person on board the aircraft.
