Paragraph 11
(1)
In section 50 any reference to an airport operator shall be construed as including a reference to an associated company of an airport operator.
(2)
In that section, as it applies to any such company in accordance with sub-paragraph (1)—
(a)
in subsection (1), the reference to section 40(2)(a) shall be construed as a reference to paragraph (aa) of section 40(2) (as modified by paragraph 3(2) and (4) above),
(b)
in subsection (2), the reference to section 40(2)(b) shall be construed as a reference to that provision as modified by paragraph 3(3), and
(c)
the references to section 39(1) and section 41(1) shall be construed as references to those provisions as modified by paragraph 2 and paragraph 4(a) above.
