Section 84 Application of provisions of Act to certain overseas territories.

(1)

Her Majesty may by Order in Council direct that any of the following, namely—

(a)

sections 30 and 35, and

(b)

any provision of section 78, 80 or 82,

shall extend, with such modifications (if any) as may be specified in the Order, to any of the Channel Islands or to any colony.

(2)

An Order in Council under this section may make such transitional, incidental or supplementary provision as appears to Her Majesty to be necessary or expedient.
