(1)

Section 4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982^f1 shall not apply in relation to the performance by the CAA of its functions under these Regulations.

(2)

Nothing contained in F2... F3Part 1 of the Civil Aviation Act 2012, and nothing which is done under F4that Part, shall prejudice or affect the operation of the provisions contained in these Regulations.
