England and Wales
A notice, licence or authorisation issued by a veterinary inspector under this Order—
(a)
must be in writing;
(b)
may be amended, suspended or revoked; and
(c)
may be subject to such conditions and requirements as the veterinary inspector considers necessary to control the introduction into or spread of disease within or from the licensed premises.
