Section 36V CompensationF1

(1)

The Scottish Ministers must pay compensation, of such amount as they may prescribe by order, in respect of—

(a)

any livestock slaughtered, or other thing destroyed, in accordance with a restriction notice;

(b)

any livestock slaughtered, or other thing destroyed, by virtue of section 36R;

(c)

any livestock slaughtered by virtue of section 36T(1).

(2)

An order under subsection (1) may make different provision for different cases or classes of case.
