Regulation 6 Amendment to the Bluetongue Regulations 2008

The Bluetongue Regulations 2008f1 are amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2)
Regulation 8(3) is revoked.
(3)
In regulations 8(1)(a) and (2) and 11(b) for the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager” substitute the words “Secretary of State”.
