Paragraph 22

The increase of the sums authorised for issue out of the Consolidated Fund in respect of the Department for Work and Pensions Estimate comprises—

(a)

supplementary sums totalling of £3,692,927,000,

(b)

an increase of £10,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (see also Note 18),and

(c)

an increase of £475,000 in consequence of a transfer of functions from the Cabinet Office (see also Note 33).
