Article 156 Review of stoppages and SDA compensation order, etc
In section 177 of AFA 2006 (review of service compensation order), references to a service compensation order include—
(a)
stoppages under AA 1955, AFA 1955 or NDA 1957; and
(b)
a compensation order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 5A to AA 1955 or AFA 1955 or of Schedule 4A to NDA 1957.
