Article 157 Power to allow payment of fine or stoppages by instalments

In section 251(2) to (7) of AFA 2006 (power to allow payment of fine or service compensation order by instalments)—

(a)

references to a fine include one awarded by virtue of any provision of AA 1955, AFA 1955, NDA 1957 or AFA 1976;

(b)

references to a service compensation order include—

(i)

stoppages under AA 1955, AFA 1955 or NDA 195; and

(ii)

a compensation order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 5A to AA 1955 or AFA 1955 or of Schedule 4A to NDA 1957.
