Paragraph 17 Rehabilitation of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1978
No amendment by AFA 2006 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 M1—
(a)
causes a conviction which, immediately before the amendment came into force, was spent (within the meaning of that Order) to cease to be spent; or
(b)
has the effect of increasing the rehabilitation period (within the meaning of that Order) in respect of a conviction which occurred before commencement.
