Paragraph 29 Coroners Act 1988

in relation to a death which appears to the coroner to have occurred at a time before commencement, premises in the United Kingdom which at that time would have been service custody premises within the meaning of section 300 of AFA 2006 if that section had been in force then; and

in relation to a death where it appears to the coroner that the death may have occurred after commencement, premises in or outside the United Kingdom which are service custody premises (within the meaning of that section) at a time after commencement when it appears the death may have occurred.
