Paragraph 30 Road Traffic Act 1988

In section 184(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988M1 (application to persons subject to service discipline)—

(a)

references to an offence under section 42 of AFA 2006 include an SDA civil offence; and

(b)

references to the corresponding offence under the law of England and Wales include the corresponding civil offence.
