Paragraph 49 Member of the AFPS 2015 or the AFPS 2005F1
(1)
This paragraph applies to a person who transfers final salary benefits into the AFPS 2005.
(2)
Unless the person is a full protection member of the AFPS 2005, the person—
(a)
becomes a member of the AFPS 2015; and
(b)
is taken to be a transitional member with continuity of service.
