regulation 51 of the AFP Regulations 2014 (entitlement to ill-health pension: active member with permanent serious ill-health), or

(d)

regulation 52 of the AFP Regulations 2014 (entitlement to ill-health pension: active member with significant impairment of capacity for gainful employment).”.
