Schedule 1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2 for the words manager of the aerodrome there is substituted “ person ”.

In paragraph 3—
(a)
for the words from the manager to the aerodrome there is substituted “ any person on land outside an aerodrome or air navigation installation ”, and
(b)
after direction (in both places) there is inserted “ or enforcement notice ”.
(4)
Paragraph 8 is omitted.
