(a)

omit point FCL.015(e);

(b)

in point FCL.055(b), in both places the words occur, for “a competent authority” substitute “the CAA”;

(c)

in point FCL.055(e), for “any competent authority” substitute “the CAA”.

In Subpart H (class and type ratings), in point FCL.725(d), for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”.
