Section 76 CommissionersI1

In any sequestration F1where AiB is not the trustee there may be elected, in accordance with section 77, commissioners, whose general functions are—

(a)

to supervise the intromissions of the trustee in the sequestration with the sequestrated estate, and

(b)

to advise the trustee.
