The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14ZC of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 26(4A) of that Actf2 they have consulted Scottish Natural Heritage and any other person appearing to them to have an interest in the making of the Order.
